Shipping Information

Here at Dixie Clothing we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. In Canada Shipping goes by Regular Mail and does not come with a tracking number. There is an option to upgrade to shipping with a tracking number at an extra charge. If you would like to upgrade please e-mail hello@shopdixie.ca . If shipping outside of Canada there is a $10 fee added to your total order for handling fees.

Dixie Clothing will process returns under these conditions.:

You are not 100% satisfied with the product

You received the wrong order- not the same order as confirmed in e-mail

Product does not fit correctly

These can all be sent back via pre-paid shipping. If there are any issues please e-mail us within 5 days of receiving the product and we will get back to you with all the information you require. All exchanges must take place within 20 days of the order date. All item(s) must be sent back in their 100% original condition with tags in place. Please insure all product(s) are packaged properly as for we are not responsible for damaged goods in the mail and will not accept them. Any exchanges will be at the same value as your original order, and any returns will be credited towards your next order(minus shipping cost).
